North Dakota Low Voltage Contractor License Requirements

Power Limited Electrician License

North Dakota requires a Power Limited Electrician license through the North Dakota State Electrical Board for individuals and companies performing work on power limited systems as defined by the National Electrical Code.

  • Experience Required: 6,000 hours over minimum 2.5 years
