In-Shop Technician – Ocean County, NJ

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician to support our technical operations, logistics, and in-shop production. This role is primarily based in our shop, with occasional local errands.

If you’re organized, technically inclined, and take pride in doing things the right way, this could be a great fit.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Responsibilities

Assemble and configure servers

Troubleshoot hardware issues

Basic networking setup and support

Work with TCP/IP and LAN/WAN environments

Provide remote technical support

Conduct client training sessions

Operations & Logistics

Purchase equipment and materials

Provision equipment for deployment

Manage inventory

Handle warranties and RMAs

Oversee vehicle maintenance and inventory

Run local errands as needed

✅ Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

Strong time management skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Clear verbal and written communication

Strong work ethic with a team mindset

Ability to create, follow, and maintain SOPs

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

💼 Position Details

Location: Ocean County, NJ

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Hourly position

$44,000–$50,000 annually (based on experience)

10 days PTO

6 paid legal holidays
