- When do I get my vendor page set up?
- Right after payment. You’ll receive a welcome email from maya@lowvoltagenation.com with the link to create your account and set up your company profile. Your vendor page goes live within 1 business day of receiving your brand assets (logo, hero image, brand story, links).
- Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
- Yes. The full rate card includes spotlight, partner, and full-service marketing packages. You can upgrade anytime and your founding charter pricing stays locked for the base vendor listing.
- What if I want to cancel?
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your vendor page will be removed at the end of the current billing year. No prorated refunds, but no surprise charges either.
- Do you write my content for me?
- We work with the brand assets and copy you provide (hero image, tagline, about copy, product links). For full copywriting and video production, see the rate card.
- Why is this called "charter" pricing?
