Window Treatment Specialist (Measure/Install/Select Fabric)

You Are:
A technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized/manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on.

You Have:
Experience with the measuring, installation, programming, maintenance, and servicing of motorized window treatments across high-end residential and commercial projects. (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar)
Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Schedule:
Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm

Your Contribution to HEDSouth:
Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and system layouts
Measure and order appropriate products in a timely manner
Coordinate & Oversee installation and commissioning of window treatments including roller shades, draperies, & roman shades
Integrate with home automation systems
Quality Control post installation
Perform system upgrades, software updates, & field modifications
Service calls, preventative maintenance, & ensure ongoing system performance and reliability.
Diagnose and repair field-related issues
Maintain up-to-date field documentation, installation logs, and service records.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience installing motorized window treatments
Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestron etc.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems

$30/hr to $45/hr ($62k to $94k/yr) – Yup!
