Fiber Optic Technician

We are seeking a Fiber Optic Technician responsible for pulling and installing ribbon fiber cables ranging from 64 to 288 fibers. The technician will perform fiber routing, cable management, labeling, and preparation for splicing. This position focuses on physical installation only — including pull/run of backbone ribbon fiber, support hardware placement, and ensuring proper bend radius and cable protection throughout the path.

The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in risers, conduits, attics, basements, and telecom rooms, handle heavy cable pulls, follow engineering drawings, and meet all safety requirements. Experience with ribbon fiber handling is preferred.

Preference will be given to technicians who live in Warren, Ohio or nearby areas.
