We are a growing security and access control company serving the Metro Atlanta area. We specialize in gated entry systems, CCTV camera systems, and telephone entry/access control solutions for residential communities, HOAs/COAs, and commercial properties.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Access Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gated entry systems, camera systems, and telephone entry/access control equipment. This role requires hands-on field experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot access control systems, telephone entry units, and gate operators
Install and maintain CCTV camera systems and related equipment
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on low-voltage systems
Work directly with property managers, HOAs, COAs, and residents
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the low-voltage/security or access control industry
Strong knowledge of gated entry systems, CCTV systems, and telephone entry equipment
Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
