Alarm Service Technician (High-End Resi)

You Are:
A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:
Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:
In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
200 West Church Road, King of Prussia PA 19406

Your Schedule:
Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
Additional hours as needed!

Your Contribution to JM Resources:
Service & Troubleshoot Security Systems (Resi + Light Commercial)
Panels: Hardwired experience required (Wireless only is not enough)
Read & Interpret Plan Sets/Blueprints
System Activations & Upgrades
Systems: Honeywell Vista, DSC Powerseries, Qosys & Alarm.com
Programming is preferred
Environmental: Operate in non-climate controlled environments
Collaborate: Work with Sales & Design on systems as needed

JM Resources' Contribution to You:
Pay: $25-$37/hr based on skills!
Healthcare: $3000 contribution
Paid Holidays: 6 Days/yr
PTO: 13 after Yr1, 14 after Yr2, 15 after Yr3
