Installation Technician (High-End Resi AV, Lighting, Shading, Control)

You Are:
A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:
Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:
Our Office: 780 Salt Rd. Ste. B Webster, NY 14580
Projects are located in the surrounding area (and some projects require travel)

Your Schedule:
Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm

Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
Mount devices at the ends of those wires
Build and lace equipment racks
Advanced setup and configuration of devices
Advanced understanding of networks
Advanced troubleshooting of devices
Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron)
Lower Skill or No Programming = Less Pay

You May Come From...

Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
Electrician (HV or LV)

Digital Home Creations' Contribution to You:
$24/hr-$35/hr – Yup!
401K + up to 3% match
Medical/Dental/Vision - $465 monthly contribution
2 weeks off WITH PAY Christmas to New Year's
Paid Holidays 5 (plus Christmas/New Year's Day)
80 hours PTO per calendar year, pro rated first year
40 hours sick time
