We’re looking for a hands-on Telecommunications Foreman in the Raleigh, NC , Charleston, SC and Charlotte, NC areas who know how to lead technicians, manage the jobsite, and deliver high-quality installations. This is a working foreman role, meaning you’ll lead from the front while keeping projects organized, safe, and on schedule.

What You'll Do
You will take ownership of the field operations on assigned projects.
Daily responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise low-voltage technicians in the field
Coordinate daily work with Project Managers
Install, maintain, and test low-voltage systems
Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
Track daily and weekly job progress
Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget
Train and mentor technicians
Maintain jobsite safety and organization
Manage materials, tools, and equipment
Document work and capture jobsite photos for project records
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Systems You'll Work With:
Fiber Optic (splicing, testing, terminating)
High-count copper termination
Structured cabling systems (SCS)
CCTV & security systems
Access control (door strikes, card readers, REX, crash bars)
Audio / Visual systems
What We're Looking For:
6+ years commercial low-voltage experience
Experience leading small to mid-size crews
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to keep projects organized and on schedule
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making ability
Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:
Climb ladders and work on lifts when needed
