**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Revenue Growth Architect to build and lead our national sales team. This role is pivotal in shaping our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing a high-performance culture across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales Strategy Development:** Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.

- **Team Building & Leadership:** Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing national sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- **Performance Management:** Establish clear performance metrics and accountability standards, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.

- **Market Analysis:** Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions and sales initiatives.

- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance team performance.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding goals and driving growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
