• 3+ years of experience in AV service, technical operations, or service management
• Strong knowledge of commercial AV systems, troubleshooting, and technician coordination
• Proven ability to manage schedules, service priorities, and service management tools
• Clear communicator with experience in commercial
AV environments and service performance metrics
