Hey everyone — Chris with Flex Tech here. I’m looking for two experienced Lead Fire Alarm Technicians with an active Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) to join a solid Fire/Life Safety company in Southlake.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Installing, troubleshooting & repairing Fire Alarm systems
• Working with Fire Lite, Silent Knight, Honeywell, Kidde, Potter, etc.
• Service calls, inspections & monitoring takeovers
• Managing workload & maintaining company vehicle
• Participating in on-call rotation when needed

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Active Texas FAL license
✔ 2–3+ years Fire Alarm experience
✔ Clean DL & background
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills
✔ Able to lift 50 lbs & work on ladders
✔ Good communication & customer service

Schedule:
🕗 Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
