We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. Responsibilities

Schedule product demos, meetings, and presentations with decision-makers to showcase solutions and value propositions
Collaborate with management and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Assist in developing territory management plans to maximize coverage and customer engagement efforts
Support account management initiatives by nurturing existing relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B sales environment
Strong knowledge of technology sales, product demos, and technical sales processes
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or equivalent tools for lead generation and pipeline management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to conduct territory management effectively by analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities
Skilled in inside sales techniques including cold calling, direct sales, and upselling strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for analysis skills that inform decision-making
Experience in retail sales or marketing is a plus but not required
