Field Technician

Looking to hire highly experienced field technicians in the Southern California area. Wondering if anyone in this group is living/working in LA/OC/SD areas?

If so, what is your experience and what are you currently making per hour?

I am willing to pay pretty far above current industry rates for guys that are talented, trustworthy and reliable.

Anyone willing to share their current pay rates? Anyone looking for a new job that pays better? Any other employers willing to share information about what they pay their guys?

I’m paying between $30/hr for my “greenest” tech to $95/hr for a seasoned veteran tech. What are you guys paying your field techs?
