We're a design-build low-voltage integrator — Structured cabling, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion and networking — growing across the Carolinas. Our teams carry projects from engineered design through installation and long-term service. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with A&E firms, general contractors, and the IT and facilities leaders who have to live with what we build.

We're scaling, and we want a PM who wants to own their book of work — and grow into more.

What you'll own

- The full lifecycle of your projects — kickoff through closeout — across cabling, AV, security, and network installs ranging from small fit-outs to seven-figure builds.
- The number that matters: estimated vs. actual cost on every job. You own the budget, the change orders, and the margin. We hand you the tools; you make the calls.
- Field coordination — schedule and direct foremen and techs, manage your span of control, and keep crews productive, supplied, and safe.
- The GC and owner relationship — submittals, RFIs, change orders, progress meetings, and closeout packages, delivered on time and clean.
- Procurement and material flow so your crews are never standing around waiting on parts.
- Documentation in ConnectWise and Fieldwire — kept current, because we run this business on real data, not gut feel.

What a great fit looks like

- 4+ years managing low-voltage, structured cabling, or related technology/construction installation projects.
- You can read construction drawings and specs and hold your own in a GC coordination meeting.
- You understand the commercial side — budgets, change orders, billing, and how a job actually makes or loses money.
- You're organized to a fault and comfortable running work through software instead of sticky notes.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across your region.

Bonus points

- BICSI RCDD/Technician, PMP, or manufacturer certs (CommScope, Leviton, Axis, Lenel and the like).
- Hands-on with ConnectWise PSA, Fieldwire, Bluebeam, or Procore.
- You came up through the field — foreman or lead tech who moved into management. You've carried the ladder, not just the laptop.
- Range across multiple disciplines (Cabling + Access Control + Security).
