Candidate Overview:

Dependable, trustworthy individual eager to hold stake in a team with an appetite for organic growth. We are looking for a Lead Technician or a technician ready to make the next step in his or her career to become and or be a lead technician.

Job Summary

• Responsible for installing /troubleshooting commercial security systems.
• Manage lower-level technicians to ensure efficient project progression.
• Communicate with team members in all aspects to complete fully functional security systems.
• Must understand and follow company and jobsite safety rules and procedures.
• Daily job site clean-up.

Requirements: (preferred)

• 3+ year Security systems installation /Service Experience.
• Certification from recognized institutions and various equipment manufacturers is preferred.
• Interviewee will be asked to demonstrate their industry knowledge in three practical ways. These demonstrations will be left to the interviewee to determine.
• Attention to detail and takes ownership of work.
• Good driving record.
• Professionally communicates with customers on project status and maintains professional appearance.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and feel comfortable working on tall ladders or a lift
• We also offer prevailing wage on certain installation jobs $72.00 per hour.
